3. How do I track my order?

Once you have completed a successful online transaction, your order is processed at the earliest. In case of offline transaction (such as Cash on Delivery) your order is processed after you've attended the verification call from our customer support. After the order processing is completed, your products are dispatched at the earliest, the status for which and the intermediate steps will be constantly updated via emails and SMS, using information provided by you during completion of your order. You can also check the status of your order through courier website. Some time popular products may take longer to reach you.

4. How to trace the order on Courier/Logistics Websites?

Onlinetrendme.com collaborated with industry best logistics to deliver your order accurately, in good condition, and always on time.

  • In some circumstances, it may take longer to receive the shipment depending on your location and accessibility.
  • In the unlikely event we are unable to deliver any items in your order, be assured that you will not be charged for that item, or you shall be refunded the full amount charged for the item.
  • In case of re-shipping, shipping charges will be levied.

5. Why have I not received order confirmation mail?

Some e-mail services incorrectly flag automated messages from our servers as spam - if you don´t receive anything, please check your spam folders first. You may also accidentally have provided an incorrect e-mail address - in this case please contact our Order-Support to check whether we received your order.

6. Are my details are secure?

We store any information you give us securely and we use high-level SSL encryption technology which is the most advanced security software currently available for online transactions. Onlinetrendme does not store your personal credit card information so we will ask for this to process any returns.

7. Why has my credit card been declined?

One of the most common reasons for orders declining is that the billing address details have been entered incorrectly. Please ensure that you enter in the address to which your bank statements are sent to in the 'billing address' section. For further details of declined payments, please contact your card issuer.All credit and debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer.

8. Can I change or cancel my order?

Changes or cancellations to your order for delivery can be made by contacting the Online Customer Service Team on 0805-080-4888. We aim to despatch your items as quickly as possible and if your order has already been despatched, we will not be able to make any changes.
